MRIY electric scooters are already available for rent in your city. Download the MRIY mobile application and register. In the MRIY app, find a map with the current location of MRIY electric scooters.
The multi-rental function is available in the app. To activate the following e-scooters, you need to scan the corresponding QR codes / or enter the e-scooter number in the app and click "Start a ride".

- send an email to support@m-riy.com.ua;
- send a message in the messenger MRIY.
In such a case, the trip will be terminated automatically and the funds will be deducted from the balance. Leave the electric scooter in a safe place that does not interfere with other road users.
- do not use the electric scooter in heavy rain and wind
- do not jump, as the electric scooter is not designed for shock loads
- do not use it under the influence of alcohol/drugs - we recommend that you read the Public Offer Agreement in detail
- only one person can ride at a time
- bumps should be driven carefully, at low speed
- before driving, check the condition of the electric scooter, paying attention to the brakes
- follow traffic rules.
The MRIY service map in the app contains the corresponding color scheme, where each color corresponds to certain possibilities and restrictions for use.
Green zone - an area where you can use and end the rental without restrictions;
Red zone - an area without service. It is prohibited to ride an electric scooter in the red zone. You can end the rental in this zone only with a fine.
Blue zone - a zone where the end of the rental (parking) provides a bonus.
The yellow zone is a zone in which, for safety reasons, the electric scooter will travel more slowly. Completion and parking under normal conditions.
Gray zone - an area where it is forbidden to park the electric scooter. Driving under normal conditions.
The current tariff will be displayed in the app. You can check the rental price by selecting a scooter on the map in the app or scanning its QR code.
To finish the e-scooter rent, hold down the "End rent" button in the app. You can end the rental anywhere in the selected zones. You can check the parking conditions in the zones on the app map. If the end button is not active, then you are most likely in a zone where it is not possible to end the rental. You need to end the rental in the zones marked in green, yellow, or gray on the map in the application.
